The location was GREAT and convenient for seeing local sights.

The staff wasn't GREAT. The housekeeper walked right into my room after it was cleaned. She couldn't explain why, and this made me quite ANGRY. the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport. The driver cranked the speed up to 99mph and texted THE whole time!

The hotel was less than ten minutes from trams. This made getting to various attractions rather easy. Breakfast offered a lot of variety, which I appreciated. The staff were very helpful .

I found the pool area a bit lacking. The jacuzzi was cold. It could use some improvement. I hope they address this in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport. Specifically, the tram and metro are only about five minutes away. This makes access to key city attractions straightforward and quick. The area around the hotel feels safe and accessible.

The rooftop restaurant provides a 360-degree view of the city. It has a really nice atmosphere. The hotel offers a swimming pool to use, even if the jacuzzi needs some work. There is no fitness center, unfortunately.

Breakfast includes fresh egg options, waffles, and pancakes. Fresh honey with honey comb was AMAZING!!! There are also freshly cut fruits and various cheeses available. The variety ensures a satisfying start to the day.
